hello there,

while i was driving home today on the highway the yellow triangle turned on and
the vsa light after that went on then check engine light turned on, i thought that somthing happend to the engine so i stopped on the shoulder i turned the engine off the i started it again hpefully the check engine light will be off but it still on ,

i went to my mechanic and after he plugged the car with his machine it says that
" torque converter clutch circuit malfunction " failure code p0740.

i remmber that a 2 weeks ago that i first notice problem in the transmission there was a gap between shifting from 2nd gear to the 3rd gear , and when i shift from
reverse to drive or the opposite.

what should i do ????

anybody had this problem and what you did ???

 

you appear to be suffering from the first major problem of Honda's 5 speed auto-tranny ... it's a matter of time before it dies ...
