HELP!!! Tranny stuck in Park!!!!!!
Yup...started up my car a few seconds ago and I tried to engage it out of Park and it's stuck, almost like it froze or something. Sucks...I'll post a vid of what I'm talking about.
I'm positive that the tranny is not gone, it's something else. I drove home from work just fine. I'll post a vid in a few to show you what I'm talking about.
No codes are being thrown and the RPMs are not bouncing all over the place.
I need vets on this quick ASAP PLEASE...
Even though I'm

if you're on an incline i suggest trying to push the car forward(or backward vs the incline) and moving it out of park

have you tried to manually take it out of park yet by getting a small flat head screw driver popping off the small cap/cover near the shifter (passenger side) and then unlocking it from there?
The instructions for doing this are also in the owners manual. They have this in case the battery dies or is disconnected and you need to get out of park.

wtf I just saw the video a second ago! I'd check in the manual for you, but I'm currently a 1000 miles away from my cl right now. I know in the Lexus once you pop off the little cap you just twist the thing in the center and its unlocked.

I was doing this when it didn't engage out of park.........
Off to give her a bath, have a few drinks, some smokes....etc., etc.
