6 Speed Conversion

Has anyone converted a 5AT into a 6 speed? If so, how much did it cost?

No. It will cost upwards of $10,000 especially if you don't do the work yourself. It's much cheaper to buy an '03 factory 6-speed. Do a search for even more information.
