Basically when I turn the car when I'm going slow it makes a cracky , squeaky noise , I know I need new struts but it's not that , ball joints or arm maybe ?

It sounds like your cv joints are toast. Look under the car... You should see a rubber (accordion looking) cover thingy on your axles (not 100% on this, but I think there is an inner an outer cv joint... Maybe someone with better knowledge can verify this). If it's ripped open, the grease will come out and over time they will eventually dry out and start grinding and popping. It definitely sounds like a steering linkage issue tho. Usually if the CVs are bad you'll hear a grinding or clicking noise. Im not saying its not the axles though.

Check the sway bar bushings and end links too.

1+ SB's never occurred to me, good call... It's a tough one to diagnose without throwing it up on a hoist. If it is the CV or SB bushings most mechanics will figure it out pretty quick.
