Which springs give the least drop?

Changing the shocks on my car soon (Tokie Blues) (sp) and was going to keep original springs on but now im thinking...
I want a slight drop in the car maybee a inch all around cuz the roads in NJ suck anyone knows what springs give the least drop?
someone said that the blues with stock springs will lower the car , Is that true?
Thanks!

i'm not sure, but i'd guess H&R OE springs.

why don't you just get coil overs so you can adjust it the way you like?

They cost too much $$$.
Shocks are $300 and springs $200 = $500
Im gonna get the techs at my place of work to do the work !

How much are coilovers?

Being lower won't make a difference if the roads are bad, unless you're slammed.

Look into these springs:
Tein H-tech, 1.2"Front, 1.2" Rear
Eibach, 2"F, 1.7" R
H&R Sport 1.75"F, 1.5"R (get only part #50103)
Neuspeed, 1.8"F, 1.7" R

I have Tanabe NF springs on now (1"F, 0.5"R) and i'm not happy with them...changing for tein basics soon. Go lower than 1" drop, you won't be disappointed. H&R sport is a nice drop IMO. Search in Tires & Wheels for each spring and you'll see what they look like.

gnuts is right about that i live in philly and our roads suck too but im lowered on coilovers with about a 3 or 4 inch drop im just guessing i never measured it but my ride is still fine. i think if you lower it go a little lower to make the money worth it you wont even notice a 1 inch drop.

I'm glad you started this thread. A drop is the next on my list, I wanted to do Tokico HP and CT springs, but I guess I'll be doing Tein H-Tech's

H-Techs are good. They are comfy and give it a subtle drop. Never scraped with my H-techs. But I do miss the handling of my S-Techs

Im going to get the tokico HP blues for $300 on ebay, what springs do u guys think will match up best with these shocks and give the least drop?
I dont mind a stiffer ride but dont want it too stiff cuz nj roads are KILLER and i might as well switch the spring with the shocks cuz from what I read on the board the stock springs will not match up well with the hp blues..
Does anyone have the tokico blues on there car, If so what springs are you running with them and how is your ride hight and comfort?

i used to run tokico blues with eibach springs the ride height is pretty good not low for what your looking for and still not stock height and there really comfortable not too soft and not too hard.

I have HR OE springs on my car and I live in PA and spend plenty of time driving on the jersey streets. I honestly wouldn't want anything lower than what I have right now.

And yes I do notice the drop, after they settle they look just fine. I actually think any lower of a drop on the 17 inch oem wheels looks a little silly because the rims should be at least 18's or bigger on low low drop.
