ok I have leaking struts

I guess this is the excuse I have been looking for to drop the CL. What do you guys recommend? I am hoping to not spend a hige amount of money if possible. I know returning the car to stock would cost me $500.00 so that expense is acceptable, maybe a little more.

If your shocks are leaking, you should consider having them replace them under warranty at your Acura Dealership, and see if they would install your springs for free!!! Free set of shocks aint bad-

Acura dealer is trying to blame the leaks on a previous accident. It was minor the car was driven home, but they are putting up a fight.

How many miles do you have?

Although I have not heard of a dealer replacing struts under warranty, I do recall the original specs of the 2nd Gen CL stating that the struts should last ~100K miles. If your car is otherwise stock they you should probably at least question whether or not they'll replace under warranty.

Of course, they'll probalby blame your sub and door sills as contributing to extra load and thereby void any strut warranty.

-edit--just saw your other post.

My left front strut was replaced at 15,00 miles.
It actually was leaking before the car was one year old.
Dealer couldn't find the leak.
Finally it failed, and I had a lot of noise at low speed driving.

Allstate fixed it and the car is awesome. I had no idea it had gotten so sloppy.
