Bottom Line: Do the '04 TL Wheels Fit w/ 2" Drop?
I am dropped around 2" all around on Tein S-Tech springs, and was thinking about throwing on some '04+ 5-spoke TL wheels. Yes, they're 17x8, and yes they're 235/45 tires or whatever. Will they rub without rolling the fenders? Or do I need skinnier tires? Thanks!

You will be just fine. I'm on Eibachs and I don't have any issues. I also don't ride with more than 2-3 people in the car. In these pics I have over 100lbs of stereo in the trunk.

Well since were on the subject.
Bottom line 04+ TL rims, 2g Acura CL, no drop. Is there a chance in hell for rubbing? (i think no, cuz people claim no rubbing w/ drops, but just want to ask. No laughing)

Yeah but the problem is that everybody's CL suspension is different though. It's kind of back and forth

proffesion...axle breaker
i ran 235/45/17 on mine, it was fine...but i guess you could go down a size and stretch them, or run less tire if you want...not something i would recomend

I have 3G TL wheels with 235/45/17 w/ rolled rear fenders and lowered on tein basics. I still rub occasionally on big bumps and just me in the car. It is pretty annoying when it happens, but doesn't happen all too often (just on weird turns, driveways, highway dips at 80+, etc). I am thinking about testing out a 215/45/17 tire on the spare wheel that I have to see what it is like. There is a guy selling a tire for $20 bucks in the area, so I may snag it next week and try it out. I feel the $35 investment will be worth it.
Going back on it, I probably would have went with a 225/45/17. Also, if you are looking for a tire, the Kumho ASX All seasons are great compared to the stock tires.

I usually agree with what you have to say, but this is an area where I don't. If the CL-S wheels were the same width and offset as the TL wheels, I might be with you.
Here is a pic as requested. In a perfect world, I would like a little less tire and more drop.
