Best Brakes for 01 Cl type S???

I have a 2001 Acura Cl Type S and i burn through brakes pretty fast. I don't know what kind of brakes are stock but they seem to suck. Does anyone know of great brakes for my car??
THANKS!!!

Jenn

Are you very harsh on your rotors? What kind of driving do you do with the car. Many members find that upgrading to slotted rotors, like ROTORA, and some better ceramic pads, like ROTORA, Hawk (semi-metallic or ceramic), or EBC (organic) is enough for them. However, if you are an extreme braker you may need a Big Brake Kit.

Rotora BBK 14"
but a 13" BBK kit would still be day and night compared to original and much cheaper.

since you say you are hard on brakes, i would directly go for a BBK

forgot the link, you really should go in this thread to learn more about BBK

https://acurazine.com/forums/sponsored-sales-group-buys-10/rotora-big-brake-kits-cl-tl-tsx-333692/

it might seem a little pricey, but you don't drive a civic. and once installed, you'll enjoy every penny spent

Wink I live in LA so...

Yea I live in Los Angeles and commute to SF about every other weekend but most of my driving is on the streets. I tend to brake more than normal but i'm not trying to race anyone or drift my shit. lol. I drive about 12,000+ miles a year, there's 82,000miles on it. At this point the car kinda jiggles when I brake. I'd like to fix it asap but i'd rather not get jacked at the local brake shop for some crappy brakes. I wanna go in knowing what I need for my car and how much its gonna cost. I saw BBK more than once. I've never had the back braked done and i bought the car at 35,000 so i'm sure i gotta do that too. So at this point i'm looking at BBK rotors, i've got the stock 17" scraper club rims on the car. haha. Hope that helps everyone to answer my question better. Thanks for all the responses!

Legend front calipers, ebc greenstuff pads, rotora rotors, and motul brake fluid. You'll def know and feel the difference.
