Another which suspension question
Another which suspension question
Im looking to see if I can get a set of coilovers under $300 from the black market. Which coilovers would I be able to get with the best quality, not stiff(prefer stock ride), and durable at this price? Obviously, used. :\
Any help would be greatttttttttttttt

For $300 you be hard pressed to fing just shocks , and thats not even good shocks.. I paid $460 for B@G shocks and springs shipped (and that was a GREAT deal) they retail like $760... Coilovers go for over $1000 you will be hard pressed to find even used ones for under $500!

You can find "used" sets of Tien Basics for $500.
$300 is a little too low for a set of coilovers.
My advise is to just save up a little more, be patient and you'll land a great deal.
Also...keep in mind you can run coilovers from 6th Gen Accord.
More options then to look at.
You can pick up a brand new set of F2's for under $600.
DON'T recommend Ground Control on stock shocks...not a wise move. No offense muha22752.

I suggest nothing on stock shocks aside from stock springs.
I like my K-Sports, but they were almost $800 new so I doubt youd want to stretch your budget that much.
F2 coilovers are the same as the K-sports. The ride is stiff, but with the right tires the car handles beautifully. It does become annoying going over large bumps though.

You guys are absolutely right, you can find a pair of F2 coilovers (I looked yesterday
) for around $500-600 easily on eGay or a few other sites. The only problem is the only ones I've seen are the T1 coilovers and wasn't it you civicdrvr that said they kinda blew?
Also, RyanGP, where the hell did you find those omni powers? lol every site I looked at didn't offer them for either the Accord or the CL/TL?

To the OP, I just reread your post and you want something near stock ride. Teins are for you. The K-sports/F2 coilovers are good, but I dont think you'd appreciate the ride quality.
