19's on Tein's

Looking to get 19 x 8.5" rims.. whats the minimum or maximum offset I should be looking at? Also going to be lowered on Tein SS's..

Would 19 x 18.5" fit right (meaning no rubbing) or should I be looking at 19 x 7.5" instead?

If you're looking at 19's, dropped fairly low on TEIN SS, your ideal/safe setup would be something along the lines of a 19x7.5 with at least +45 offset. I'm currently running 19x8 +45 with TEIN SS and trunk audio, and I don't rub. However, if you want to be safe, stick with the 19x7.5 and a +45, you should be fine. You "can" run a wider wheel or a lower offset, at the risk of rubbing, where you might be able to fix the problem by rolling your fenders.

All in all, I would just recommend buying wheels that fit properly, so stick with 19x7.5 with at least +45 if you're looking to roll dropped on 19s. Hope that helps.

Do the SS Tien's have a more drastic drop than the H-Tech Tiens?? I am planning on running 19's but don't wanna be slammed. Just wanna have a lower look with the bigger wheels. Thanks

Tein SS are a coliover setup with an adjustable ride height and dampening. The H-tech are springs only and are non-adjustable and need to be paired with either the oem shocks/struts (not very recomended) or aftermarket shocks/struts like Tokico, Blistein, or Koni.

Ahh, yeah ok, sorry bout the mix up, I was curious about the difference on the Tien S-Tech and the tien H-techs. I plan on upgrading the shocks/struts too, probably going with the KYB's with the H-Techs, but wanna know if that set-up with 19's would be fine compared to 19's dropped with the S-Techs???

So I have my mind pretty much set on these 19x8.5" Zinik wheels with +40 offset. I realize I'm going to be rubbing for sure with this set up but my cars already in the body shop and I can get the guy to roll my fenders while its in there practically for free so thats not an issue.. and I'm getting an amazing deal on the wheels so everythings going to work out..

Is there any other problems I should be aware of if I put on 19x8.5"s with +40 offset other than having to roll the fender? I believe the tire size is 235/35/19.

Those are the wheels right there..

I'm assuming I'll have camber for sure so I should just get SPC or Ingalls camber kit and do it all at once huh?
