wtf is this wire for?!

So I bought a 2001 CL Type S on Thursday, seems to need a rear main seal (please note oil under car in pic), and other misc things (cosmetic mostly), turn signals and hazards don't work either.

Today, via craigslist, I bought a complete interior with carpet,( minus seats and main dash), cluster shows 32k miles, drivers headlight, rear stock speakers, and the trunk spring for $50. It came from a 2001 CL S that had a front end collision and ended up with a COD.

While swapping the headlight, I decided to check the fuses under the hood and noticed a molex style plug that looked like it should be plugged into the fuse box but it wasn't. I did plug it in, but didn't notice any changes in the car. What is this plug for or what does it control?

Pic related, it's my $2500 wonder

PS if anyone lives in SW FL and wants to trade my rims for your stock ones let me know. These are MKW 18's

The wire more than likely connects to your flux capacitor

Pic of wire and where it is routed? Why did you need to buy a new interior?

Car has 195k miles on it, so the interior is a little worn and the carpet and headliner are stained, it's a shame the guy already sold his front seats.

this is the plug

Fuse cover doesn't list it. I tried searching for a FSM but no luck, hondahookup.com has them for damn near every other model

Wow. The last owner must have been a real slob. My car has 110k miles and everything still looks pretty much new don't know how you can even get it to look like that, must be wearing gloves with sandpaper on them and drinking big gulps without lids on the cup.

Nice drinking while driving and smoking with a gun, bullets, and a knife in the car.

Anyone see the topgear (US version) where the guys bought cars, and they had a forensic team analyze the seats and carpet, they found pretty much every bodily fluid possible.

It looks that way, guy was Hispanic, i left out the pic, but in the rear console was a sock filled with sockets tied off at the end, I found almost 4 hand fulls of used/unused bullets in the car and trunk, the sun glass holder was full of little baggies some with white residue (probably coke or crack) and the rest had little bits of pot seeds and stems in them.

I don't have a clue, I have some of the pieces to replace them, hopefully the rest will clean off.

I should probably point out that sometimes when I get a new to me Honda I do this to thoroughly clean the car, i bought the new interior parts because it was clear to me before i dissassembled it that some parts were just past just cleaning.

And I have a PC in my garage so i can give frequent updates

It's not much, but it's my man cave and safe haven from the wife

I'm sure my neighbors love me, i have death.fm blasting through Creative 5.1 surround sound speakers and those speakers behind the monitor hooked up through the Yamaha receiver on top

Thank god NO.

It's the foam padding under the carpet, it used to be all white, but now it has the brown/black in it from drink spills that soaked through the carpet. Right now I have the floor soaking in Lysol, to not only disinfect but to also loosen up the sticky drink residue. That padding is not supposed to be attached to the floor

This carpet reminds me of the horrible discovery I had about 2 years ago when replacing the house carpet with laminate wood floor. The house was built in 1992 & so the carpet was 17 years old. After removing the carpet & the foam, there was about 1/8 inch of dirt & dust under the foam. God only knows how much dust mites & creepy creatures lived there all these years. I remind myself that my next house, new or old, will not have any carpet at all. I will not buy any house that is carpeted forever.
