Transmission Slipping and Engine Misfire

Hi i'm new here and I needed some advice from people who truly know about these cars. I have a 2003 Acura CL 3.2 Vtec engine and 5 speed automatic transmission. I've noticed that my transmission will slip sometimes when taking off. Sometimes when I drive it and then stop and sit in traffic and studder like, kind of like it's misfiring. But I had a recent tune up so don't think it's spark plugs. So if anyone can give me a idea of what this could be I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Check the coil packs...they tend to go out pretty close together and even with new spark plugs the car wont run properly. If the tranny is slipping you may need to check the fluid. If it's dark just do a 3x1 (drain 3 quarts then add 3) drain and fill and see if it helps.
