My car was leaking fluid, what originally appeared as motor oil, and I thought its a rear main seal, but turned out to be transmission fluid. I took it to my mechanic, and he narrowed it down to a transmission oil jet house being loose. He tighten it up, and the leaking seem to stop. My trans fluid never got low
I am surprised it got lose, I had my oil jet installed by the dealer like 4 years ago. Do those things just get lose ?
