Thumping noise - 2003 CL types

I have a 2003 CL types S, for a long time now it has made a periodic hollow thump sound from the engine. It will do it several times in a row and then stop. It does it mostly while idle. The other day the check engine light came on and it was misfiring. (Maybe unrelated) I replaces the spark plugs, air intake sensor, and air filter. It is still making the noise. I am just not sure where to go from here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated....

pop your hood open and locate the source. My guess it that you'll hear it near the intake. If that's the case it's probably the IMRC that needs to be cleaned.
