Something with the AC...

I noticed that when I'm cruising down the highway, especially when I have my windows down and moonroof back, I get some real strong air coming through the AC vents on the dash. Of course I have the AC off, but I still get air coming through. It's pretty weak or nonexistent if I have the windows and moonroof closed, though. And this only happens when I'm cruising at about 60+ MPH

And an interesting thing to point out is that the air coming through is always as hot or as cold as what the temp dial on my climate control is set to. If I have it turned all the way up, hot air comes through, but then if I flip it to the opposite side, then it goes freezing.

Any ideas? Maybe I need to replace the blower?

^Theres a button that allows it to take outside air and circulate it even when the AC is off. Its one of the buttons on the climate control panel.

The high speeds with windows open creates a vacuum inside the car, that's why the strong vent flow. It's just refilling the hole so to speak.
