See if you can find a body and paint shop that does powder coating. Maybe you can do all the prep work (like sanding and priming) and get a decent deal. You ought to get them done in Anthracite. That would look hot on your NBP.

I have no idea how much it would cost.

Do you have access to a bead/glass/sand blaster or know someone who might??? If so, that would be a good way to get them cleaned up.

I did it once at the dealership I used to work at with an old set of O.Z.'s that I got for free. I sand blasted them, then I primed them and painted them pure white. I then took them to a body shop I knew of (knew the owner) and he let me throw them in a paint booth with a car a painter was about to clear coat. While the painter was clearing the car, he put a few coats of clear over my white paint. They turned out freakin' sweet, I do admit. I wish I had pics. (I put them on a roommate's Corolla) The finish lasted about a year and a half or so before it really started to chip off from winter weather (rocks and sand 'n shit). If I had done the powder coat, they would have lasted. Then again, she really never took very good care of them or the car so that could also be why they didn't last.

Just a thought.
