Rattling inside .

My parents old 01 cl s and mine both have the same problem . A rattling from the back of the car , seemingly from the speakers above the seats . Does anyone else have this problem , will Acura fix it ?

does it sound like a metal rattling sound or a plastic rattling sound? I had a plastic rattle coming from the back seat and found out the headliner near the rear window was poped out. Just pushed up on it and it poped right back into place. If it's a metal rattling sound, I've also noticed that every once in a while...never have figured out what it may be.

Some people have had a problem with the third brake light rattling against the rear window or the metal brace below. Some weather stripping foam or felt should fix you up. https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166555

passenger seat rattles

When I drive sometimes the passenger seat makes the rattling noise - almost squeaking - but not sure if that helps.

Nope .

It definitly is something in the back . Probably that real panel . Thanks though . I haven't tried to fix it cause my battery died last week and I haven't had time to replace it . So my car is just chilling saving its milage . I'll make a post saying what it was and how I end up fixing it once I get to it .
