Radius Rods type s and non type s

Anyone know if it makes a difference if a non CL type s Radius Rod was put into a 03 CL type s? I was looking up the parts and it seems to be 2 different parts number. To make long story short, car got banged up when it was parked went through insurance now my tire rubs when I make left turns.
