Questions about buying a 2001 CL-S

I'm thinking about buying a 2001 CL-S it has 110k miles and they want 6k. Is this a good price? The car has a couple issues and I was wondering how serious they are.

The ABS, VSA and ! lights are on the dealer said that he ran a scanner on the car and everything checked out but the lights stay on. What could this be?

The navigation doesn't work it says hard disk reading error. He said it just needs a code or something but I looked it up and it looks like it needs a whole new hard drive. How expensive would it be to fix this?

Fog lights/Lower lights are missing. What are the best lights to get?

Passenger seat doesn't recline but the seat moves forward and back.

Any help would be appreciated and what else should I look for when I go back to look at it?

looks like its been in a accident or so.

i would stay away, or give them 3k.
abs, vsa, ! are most likely a trans going out. or a wheel speed sensor. but anyway if they cant figure it out stay away from teh car. u can get fog light/road lamp inserts like the 03 cl's have or u can guy the oem road lamps.

navi will also be expensive.

STAY AWAY from that car

1. Vsa Abs ! - might be as simple as ABS sensor or as serious as transmission issue - most of power train codes are readable by generic obd scanner but vsa and abs issueas are not covered. You need Haonda scanner for that

2. Navi - bad drive or dirty laser head

3. Get 03 dummie fillings these look best on our cars

4. Seat - hard to say - might be motor or wireing

You should check other dealers and local craigslist ads to see if there are better deals. If there are better deals there you go, or if there are cheaper deals but you aren't really interested in them, you can at least use that as leverage against the dealer to get the price lower. The car may be great after a few fixes or it could be a sign it's a lemon. The fact that all those lights are on and the dealer is playing dumb by saying there are no codes strikes me as odd. You know you could try to get the dealer to allow you to bring it to a real Honda/Acura dealer repair shop to have it fully checked out.

Thanks for the help. Talked to the dealer again and he said he he took the car back to a mechanic to try find out what the problem was and there was a problem with the transmission and it would have been about $1000+ to fix so he's not gonna sell it to me.
