Hey Guys,

I have a 2003 acura cl type s manual trans with 123,000.

I recently had it stolen (they had a dealer master) and recovered it thanks to lo jack.

Since recovering it, it takes between 2 and 3 seconds before it will start. No weird sounds, just lag in start time.

It never had this problem before. Any thoughts as to the cause and possible cost to repair.

Any help would be great.

Your immobiliser had beed bypassed by the thieves - Fuel pump circuit was redirected . Just look for splice ins by your ECM harness. You just need to reverse it to origial state
