P0335 ckps

Right off the bat, I came from saabs (we can skip that usual questionare as to why I liked em and so on :P.) and recently got a nice 2003 acura CLS 6spd. I was saving up money to get the timing belt done because it was due soon.... and well it snapped. Now by all means the engine should have been toast but after a borescoping and leak down testing it seemed perfectly ok. DODGED A BULLET. Except now I am a stand still.

The connector got popped off from the belt snapping, so I pulled off the sensor, cleaned it up best I could and put it back on. Reassembled the car and that's when I got a P0335 code. Now I didn't see any dmg and stupid me, didn't check the resistance on the part so who knows if it died from an impact of the belt or a wire broke. However this is my problem:

Apparently the 6spd ckps is stupid expensive? Like 200+ bux?
But I also know there is a second ckps near the trans. So my question is where do I find this secondary ckps? (Keep in mind I took off the intake manifold and various bits from the trans side of the car so I could do leak down tests and such) I may have disconnected it rummaging thru to make room. If that checks out... does anyone know where to get the manual CKPS for a non ridiculous price? Thanks.

Question for you guys. I got the cls working again... Ish. I did the timing belt after it snapped and buttoned it up and got a p0335 code. I chalked it up to a bad cps. I replaced the cps by the timing gear. I also pulled it harness and checked continuity between the ends of the harness to make sure no wires were damaged in the break. Buttoned it up today and still same p0335 error.
Things I can tell you:
*No cels at all before belt went.
*Replaced cps with Honda OEM part. It's slightly different however. Its connector is a little taller and next to the Mitsubishi symbol is a b instead of a. Otherwise is same part number.
*Cleaned the guide/guard that goes from the stud, around to the front of the block . and even put some dielec great on it in case it was used as a ground.
*battery was pulled and replaced several times.
*CEL only comes on when carc is started. When I erase the code it stays off.
*I checked the timing 3 times. Far as I can see I got it right.
*I hear there is a relearn but I don't know the procedure
*Car starts relatively easily. But idles at 2k. Then after a few mins if warning it bobs up and down from about 1k to 2k. Car will not rev above 2k. Seems to cut fuel.
*I was able to drive it to move it closer to my house. Tho I just let the clutch out. Gave it no gas.

Hey I know this was written in 2015 but was wondering if you were able to get the car fixed?

I did actually. Turns out I had unplugged the second crank position sensor by the transmission by accident. I also needed a new idle air control valve. Hope that helps.
