O2 Sensor Malfunction

I have the "Check" light on. A hand-held computer indicated that the malfunction is the O2 Sensor. Can someone tell me how to tell which O2 sensor is bad?

theres primairy o2 sensor and a secondary o2 sensor.. the primairy is closer to the engine, and the secondary is located usually attatched to the cat converter.

The code should tell you which O2 sensor.
