Angry I need navi code..... Stealership is screwin me!! HELP!!!

Ive done a shit ton of searching on here and about what I need to do to get this freakin navi pin...

I was told that the s/n was on the back of the the actual navi unit, I got what i thought was the s/n cause they were the only #'s on the unit and went to the stealership on saturday and this worthless fat ass guy that calls himself "service manager" commited to excellence said that he coulddn't get the code for me that the numbers that i had were incorrect. I could tell he just didn't want to help anyone out.

I left in a fury after telling him how i felt about his customer service and I will be contacting his supervisor!

I just need some advise cause this shit is really starting to get to me???

You think I didn't look in the FAQ's? Why dont you look in the FAQ's before you post a stupid smart ass reply! If you would have read my post you would have known there isn't shit stating how you can get the navi code like you can get the radio code! The only way is to look on the back of the unit!

I think this is the second time you posted a dumbass comment since Ive been on here and I've you both times... looks like someone else is a

Why don't you take the navi unit out of the car and physically bring it into the dealer?

And for a newbie, you might want to watch your tone. We're here to help you.

see the thing is i already got the s/n off the back of the unit and the guy said it was not the correct s/n

I was just tryin to find out the format of the actual s/n and how many letters it is so I can tell if hes bull shittin me.

The reason for the tone is, every time I post a valid thread someone always has somethin unnessary to say.... Just because I'm new?

I understand yall are tryin to help, but the comments are def. not helpful!

No hard fellings its all love!

Did you see if it's in the locations in the above posts I posted?
Do you have the manuals for the car? It may be in there somewhere.

If none of that works then yeah take it out & bring it to the dealer.

Yeah I took it out and the only numbers I could find weren't the s/n.

I didnt get any manuals either.

I think Im gonna have to take it out of the dash and get the s/n that way... I really dont want to do that but if thats what it takes.

I just got an apexi vafc 2 so when I install that and get it mounted ill just pull it out then ge the s/n. It just seems like a shit ton of work for one freakin number.

Ill post pics when I get the vafc 2 installed cause I know there arent many cl owners with it and im sure they'll be interested.

Appreciate the imput man, sorry about the hositility!

OPEN your glovebox and there should be two white sticker on the side of the glove box it should say a bunch of numbers and one should have at least 4 numbers or so on it.....and that should be your code
let me know if it works cuz it did for me

I do radio codes almost every day, and a lot in acuras. The white sticker in your glove box is dealer applied when the car was sold new. It should be your RADIO serial number, but RARELY does it have your radio code. Any dealer should provide you the code if you give them the serial number over the phone. At least any that you have a relationship with.

There was only one white sticker..... I think it was for the radio cause' the guy punched it in the computer and he said it was "invalid"

I think I am going to call another acura dealer cause this guy doesn't know what hes doin!
