Help after jdm engine swap no power.

Ok so I installed a jdm Honda type s engine. Installed MSD window switch for actuator. Installed new immobilizer and ecu from type s however car not moving fast at all. It's as if the rpms aren't reving to full potential. If I were to race a premium it would kill me right now. I am not sure what it could be. The TCS light stays on as does the check engine light. The check engine light is on bc cat is gutted. The TCS light would come on and off periodically with the old premium ecu in it however now stays lit with the new ecu from time car started. on a side note after replacing ecu last night the power steering started whining like crazy and leaking past cap. I am think it might have gotten air in it during the installation of the immobilizer. This car is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated. I included a picture of engine if anyone has any input I will take it and run.

You put in a jdm Ecu? From an automatic correct? You are sure the motor cam from an automatic correct?

You pulled the codes and it says only the cat is the issue? No other codes?

The power steering whine is from low fluid, too much tension on the belt (they are extremely sensitive) or the power steering pump is just on its way out... If it has been over tightened too much it could have damaged the bearing and it'll never go quiet again.
