I recently did the Honda odyssey transmission swap on my 01acura cl type s. Everything was working fine and i was enjoying the new life into my car. Until yesterday! The car now will not reverse unless i give it some gas. The usual CEL and TCS light came on. I went to pepboys to get the codes pulled and got p1739 pressure switch #3 as well p0730 incorrect gear ratio. I've done a few searches but came up with a few different answers. My biggest question is can i correct this inexpensively or am i looking at another tranny swap?

Did you get this resolved? And if you bought a new pressure switch, did you buy it for an Odyssey trans, I assume? What year Ody trans did you swap into your CL-S?

No you use the pressure switch from the CL trans. I drained the old fluid and added some Lucas with Honda 's transmission fluid it's holding up okay. I'm thinking about doing another drain and refill. If not then I'm just going to have it rebuilt, so I'll have many years of life again out of the car

U should of went with an 03-07 Honda accord v6 3.0 boilts right up and all wires are direct plug,I just did the swap and works great....odyssey has a high torque and it's heavier
