I just picked up my CL on Monday, and had neither the Navigation pin, or the stereo code. A quick call to the original dealer (Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH, my case) took care of it. I faxed over my Registration and a copy of my license, and less than 10 minutes later the service advisor called me back with both correct codes.

I've read in a few places that some people have had to pay fees or get serial numbers from the back of their units - if you contact the original dealer you'll need neither, as they're indeed tied to your VIN.
