If its the inside you will want to split them open and do it yourself because a shop that would atempt this for you probally has never even did it before and would kill you on labor.Do you know how to open our lights?

If you're talking about moisture in the lights, before you take them apart you might want to try a quick fix to see if it solves the problem.

Remove the HID bulb only and find one of those silica salt packets (the things you find in boxes to control moisture.

Get a few of them, attach a string to them, and pop them into the headlight case. Give it a day or so and it should clear up the moisture. Then put the HID bulb back. Check all the other bulbs to make sure they're seated properly (remove and reinstall). Give it a week or so to see if the moisture comes back.

If its more dirt then moisture then most likely its on the out side.Put your finger on the spot and look down from the top you will be able to tell if its on the inside or out side.If you find it to be on the inside try the silica packets like NSX said before attemping opening your lamps. If its on the out side they need to be wet sanded 600-1000-2000 then buffed with light compound(not cutting compound)Then hand polish with plasti-x.And hand wax With your fav stuff.I used spray wax.And to keep them looking good, dont clear coat, just rewax once or twice a month depending on how dirty your car gets and you'll be fine.
