Height - Oil pan to top engine cover - appx. 24 inches
Width - Outside pulley to edge of trans - appx. 34 inches
Depth - Rear exhaust mani to front exhaust mani - appx. 24 inches

This was on a 6 speed manual and is not 100% exact as I used a tape measure. Also, take in to consideration the orientation of the axle position on the trans in relation to your wheels. Also, I measured the trans too as I would assume your tranny will not bolt up to the 3.2.

Isnt the J30 in the CL the same J30 in the 6th and 7th gen Accords? So if you got the parts for the 3.0CL, the J32A2 should technically just bolt up, no? You can drop the 3.2 into the Accords, so I would think the same is true for the 1st gen CLs.

should fit in the already equipped V6 model with minimal modification- not sure about converting the 2.3 to being a V6 though - might ask in the 1st gen forums....

Asking around in the 1st gen area will probably be your best bet

The tranny will not directly bolt on to the 3.2...and it is suggested in the first gen to get a new one if you do any high performance mods. So it would be a wise decision for me to get a custom trans or see if the 6 speed trans from the CL-S will fit on the first gen
