I hit the remote to open my car door this morning the and nothing! It unlocks but wont open not even with the key.
i took the oem head unit out could that have something to do with it?

 

Head unit has nothing to do with it. I took mine out and door opens. Soes the handle feel loose? Thr metal hook that attaches to the handle then to the lock might have came loose and fell out or is stuck on something.
Can u open the door from the inside? If u can do that and then take the door panel off to see what happened

the door handle feels fine and it does open from the inside.. yeah looks like I"l have to open her up. Fuck man there goes my evening.

 

Takes 10 min to pop the door panel off. Than we go from their.

 

I have to wait until I get home tonight.
