Does Water Wetter work?

My CLs is running a little hotter for whatever reason and I can replace the thermostat of course but I was wondering if any of you out there have used water wetter and what were your results...

I read a ways back it did not really work but have also read that it has some effectiveness.

Any feedback would be most appreciated.

I would just replace the coolant and the t-stat.

The coolant does break down with age and doesnt perform as well as it should.

If it continues to run hot you can try to source the Mugen t-stat, temp sensor and rad cap. That will help it run cooler.

There is a reason. Fix it. Adding water wetter will not solve your existing problems.

However when the cooling system is working correctly. It does keep the car cooler in my climate. It's hot almost all year where I live. I add it to my cars & run 80% water.

The trick is you have to run more water then antifreeze. Not good if it's cold where you live.
