Cruise control, Horn, volume control doesnt work

Cruise control, horn, and volume control all shut down on me all within a month of each other. What could this be? How much would the dealer charge me to fix this?

sounds like your clock spring has failed.

my volume control was messed up when i bought the car. got it fixed at the dealer. the parts were cheap i guess. they just said it was labor intensive. Total cost me around 200 just to fix the volume control
