Compressor and Condensor Fan Won't start????
Compressor and Condensor Fan Won't start????
Okay, this is on a 03 CL. I replaced the compressor about a month ago and it started making noise. After diagnosing the issue I found that it was compressor. So I got a new one under the warranty.
So I replaced the compressor and condensor yesterday and once I got everything back together and vac the system out everything looked good. I then started the car and turned the AC on to charge the system. I noticed that the compressor did not engage nor the condensor fan OR radiator fan would start.
I have checked over and over all the connection and can't seem to find anything missing. I even tried hooking the old compressor back up to see if it would engage and it wouldn't. So I am at a loss at what the issue could be.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreicated.
Also isn't there a way to do a diagnositic from the control unit to see a trouble code? I tryed the "holding down off" and hit the "recirc" button 5 times within 10 secs. and that doesn't seem to work.
Please help!

Ah ha, after doing some googling, you are correct, it was the pressure switch holding everything out. I just jumpered it for a short period of time until I had enough pressure on the low side to meet the demand.
Thanks for the help.
