My CL Type-S is runing but no VTEC

When I start the car and I step on it full throttle the VTEC works fine and the car is very fast, as soon as I shift to second gear the VSA & the yellow triangle light with the ! sign turn on and the car slows down a lot and the VTEC wont work any more until I turn the car off and on again.....Please Help..!!!

VTEC does not work in the limp mode. Vsa could be triggered by something as simple as wheel speed sensor or as serious as transmission failing. Scan the codes
