It's a hydraulic control system fault code. The possible causes are low transmission fluid or worse, failed hydraulic control unit. If your fluids are fine, the first curse of action is replacing the clutch solenoid valve, if the problem persists you will need to rebuild the transmission...which is exactly where I am right now
