CE,VSA,! Lights

Ok so this has happen too me once in the winter I reset it once a month ago, once a week ago once a couple of nights ago now twice tonight.

The CE light comes on and so does the VSA and !

The car does not miss or any thing and when I turn it off the VSA and ! light go off

The only thing I did notice is if I step on it, It doesnt redline it shifts at 5100 every gear well 1-2 2-3 any ways. also when I step on it on the highway it only kicks down to 4th

there was another thread about this but no answers I think its and O2 sensor and possible a clogged cat because it feels super slugish

any help would be apperciated
