Hey,
So I was driving my 2001 cl type s on the freeway today when all of sudden I heard a loud noise, look out the rearview and see some plastic flying off my car. After stopping, I looked underneath the car and the plastic that connected to the bumper and all the way up to the drivers side wheel well plastic was all ripped off. In the aftermath, I noticed that my power windows, locks, and keyless entry dont work and my clock doesnt display anything. Also, drivers side turn signal headlight connectors are broken or ripped out of the headlight. Oh yeah, another thing, the keyless entry, power windows and locks work when the car is running.

I'm going to remove my bumper tonight and take a look. Something got messed up when them plastic flew off. (Duh) I've got severed headlight wires.

My question is where should I start looking? And if there is anything I should check that I might forget, what is it? Also, could the problems be from the severed headlight wires and if I replace them, should this fix it? Would this reestablish the circuit. I've worked on my CL before and do all other work on it with the service manual. Just electrical isnt something I've really tackled in the past. Thanks for the help.
