been having rattling noise going over bumps

So today I am searching out my noise and I can not find anything wrong anywhere, nothing loose, nothing.

I did come across my front passenger side sub frame bushing looked like it's missing the upper insulator.
I have never change these out so I'm not sure about them.
I put a jack under the frame right next to the bushing and it seams like I could lift the frame.
I took a picture of both sides and the gaps look the same between the body and the sub frame I would think I would not beable to lift the frame.
Maybe I'm crazy but I can not find any other issues anywhere.

I tried to tighten the bolts threw the frame bushings but I could not even make them budge.
Just came in the house from pulling knuckles and axles to freely move everything sepratly and can not find anything still.
I guess I should try all motor and tranny mounts next before giving up with this car.
The thing is when the car rattles over bumps it's not one side or the other, it sounds like both.
I don't know wtf is up.

That INSULATOR C, SUB-FRAME MOUNTING (UPPER), #13 on the link below, drivers side, appears to be a cap of some kind to keep grit/grim from the INSULATOR C, SUB-FRAME MOUNTING (LOWER) #12, that your photo shows on the passenger side as it passes up through the front beam.

I would tend to think that if the lower #12 were missing/damaged, then there would be more of a noise/rattle issue then if the upper #13 were missing since the weight of the frame rests on #12; however, there should be a #13 as you say.

Has the front beam ever been dropped in the cars past?

Not that I know of.
I did notice my front sway bushings don't seam to be round anymore. But those should not be worn yet.
I installed new ones only a few months ago. I'm going to pull those tomorrow to make sure.

Only pieces I have not replaced are motor/trans mounts and intermediate shaft.

I hear a light rattle sometimes from underneath, but I assume it's the brake pads that can be loose...

Can you describe your problem better?
