Bad experience with Acura Service
Roughly 6 months back or so I had brought my cl into Acura to get an oil change. I dropped it off in the morning and my dad picked it up later that day; due to me taking a trip to NY. When I got home there was a dent in my front bumper. My dad said he drove it straight home and didn't hit anything on the way. So the next day I called Acura and they said they couldn't help me since it was taking off the lot, which I kind of figured. Well I let that slide and had it fixed with my money.
Now just this past weekend I had my car detailed and found two small scratches on the passenger fender. Calmly I went to the service rep and he went to his boss. So his boss comes out walks around my car and starts to point out one or two other little scratches that I was already familiar with. Anyways to make this short he said he would call me after he gets ahold of the person who detailed my car and this was a few days ago.
Should I just quit going here, raise hell, or just let this slide too?

Just quit going there. Walk away, write a letter to Acura or the dealer owner, & forget it.
It's not worth the trouble. And if they will fix it why would you let them. They may make it worse.

Me too
I had one of the worst experiences at an Acura Dealership about 7 months ago. Someone rear ended me from behind and my bumper fell off. No biggie, so I went to the dealership so the new bumper would match exactly like the old one. Two weeks later I pick it up and there are scrathes all over the from off my hood. Basically, they must have parked it under a shelf or it looked like they placed a box on it and just rubbed it down my hood. I was so fucking mad. I called the manager and they repainted my hood. Car looks great, but the service was shit.
