When i fill my gas tank to full it seems to leak by the feed/return fuel lines. but when i go into the trunk and open the fuel pump access lid, its dry by the rubber hose and fitting. How hard is it to remove the fuel tank and fix the leak?

p.s. Can someone confirm if the rubber hose both feed and return line is a straight shot from fuel pump to the hard line underneath the rails?
