Gas Tank drain plug? That is a new one!

AFAIK there isn´t a Gas Tank Drain Plug on any Honda what-so-ever, I believe not even on most modern cars.
I was aware of a Pressure release system in the fuel line near the EVAP Canister which can be used to drain the gas tank with the help of the fuel pump..

Just drill a hole on the bottom...

better option would be grab a length of tubing and a pump and pump it all out from the gas insertion hole chamber.

Open the trunk, remove the floor lining and you will see the panel to access the top of the gas tank to get to the fuel pump. You could siphon the gas out that way much easier than getting a hose stuck in the filler neck.

All of my Hondas I have, have a gas tank drain plug. I have not had to change out a TL fuel pump yet so I dont know if theres a drain plug on it but I would venture to guess that there is one.

Take off the plastic guard and look for a 17 mm bolt on the bottom. That would be the plug you need to remove.
