So the fuel pump isn't kicking on after having my '03 CL sit for a few days. Not sure if its the fuel pump relay or the pump itself and I'd like to check for power at the fuel pump plug. Does anyone know the wiring diagram for it?

 

The attached is the only thing that I can find that shows the FP connector.
Maybe it will give you the info you need to figure the rest.

If the car bakes in the sun and the FP main relay is original to the car, that is also a likely suspect, as you probably already know from research.

Ended up being the relay of course, its weird though as the fuel pump still receives voltage even with a shot relay, it just doesn't engage.

 

lol, I remember having to contort myself, getting up under there to get at that bloody thing and to replace. Great time to check the 'pedal stops' also. Those little things can ruin your day fast.
