03 cls pull

I have an 03 cls six speed. Brand new tires on are on it and fresh alignment, but the car still wants to pull to the right. It pulls whether the clutch is in or out, and on and off acceleration. It does do it noticeably more under acceleration. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm going to rotate the new tire to the rear to see if it's a tire pull but I can't seem to figure out what else would cause this.

Try crossing them side to side. The result will be more noticeable if it is a tire problem. Also, tires can "push" as well as "pull" so the problem tire may be the left tire. Even if they are directional, you can do this temporarily. Also try driving in the left lane as well as the right. If the car pulls equally left in the left lane, it would be considered normal.
A normal alignment on these does not include camber or caster unless you have installed aftermarket adjustable ball joints or control arms. Toe is the only adjustable angle without aftermarket parts, and it typically won't affect pulling.

I actually have the same problem, mine is also a 03 CL-S6.

I'm getting new tires for the rear soon, so I will get it aligned to see whats going on.
