'01 CL-S issue with seat back

I know this has been covered before, but I've tried a few different search terms and cannot find the discussion.

I took my daughter's car into the dealership at the end of last year for the SRS recall. In late January, the back part of the passenger seat fell off (the part that is on the backside of the top of the seat). I complained to the dealer, but they are not taking credit for this. They claimed -- and maybe rightly so -- that they didn't remove that part of the seat to perform the SRS recall, which according to them was on the seat belt receptacle.

Either way, I cannot get the piece on the back of the passenger's seat to stay attached. Sometimes it will stay for a few days or even a week or two, but then it falls back down.

Anyone know the fix for this?

I think you just need the new clips
check for broken ones, if they are broken replace them

I checked the seat back......there are the two black plastic pieces on the top that slide into the very top of the seat, and then there are two smaller black pieces at the bottom that are pre-formed plastic.

It doesn't look like there any actual clips -- unless for some reason they were taken out of the car. I've re-attached the seat back, and will see how long this lasts. It never felt like it snapped into place, really, so I'm not sure it's going to last.

even with new clips, its not easy to replace it.
there was a bullet in for this problem. adn i thikn they came out with a bracket that you can put in and it will hold it. putting the bracket in is a lot of hassle though. i've never done it but i think u have to remove the seat cover.
