They ride different

They're pretty close but the CL-S is still more made for the single pimp (or ho). The ride is a little tighter and lower, seating more laid back cruisin', and the interior a bit more sporty.

I have had both, and I like the TL-S better...it's quieter and feels more distinguished....

Everyone and their mom has a tl. I hardly ever see other cl's. It's nice having an uncommon car..... a tl would be nice though.

I like the look of the coupe better, and you don't see a CL-S nearly as often.

I think the TL-S has a sportier front end, better foglights... the rear is no comparison - TL is MUCH better. That gas cap lid on the CL ... oval shaped? No thanks. Insurance is cheaper with 4 doors, lines are cleaner, more convenient (moved up from an Accord coupe), and it's nice when someone with 2 doors thinks he can blow you away... BUT CAN'T.
Oh, and... bodykit?
But, if there was no such thing as a TL, I would of gotten the CL-S.

You ought to change your sig then.

Dad still has the dealer sticker in the window 'ey?! Gotta get rid of that!!!

I'm a CL guy but do like the head/tail-lights of the '02 TL-S better than '01 CL-S. Oh well.....much sportier and since I'm 24...that's what it's all about!!!!

doesn't really matter, CL or TL, as long as its the J32A2 engine.

I like the CL-S for it's firm leather seats and sporty feeling, but to tell you the truth, after owning on for over a year, I'd love to go back to a four door, and wouldn't mind a TL-S now.

The only thing I do notice about the TL-S as well is that it's a little "tinnier" sounding when closing doors and stuff. The CL-S is really solid feeling, and I like that.
