THX! Yes, you really hear the difference when watching movies. On the music side it's hit or miss.

how much weight did you save removing the seats and did you notice gas mileage improvement?

they weigh about 10 pounds and I only had them out for a week to get my car lowered, 0 mpg increase.

The only increase was with interior noise on the highway.

if you seriously worried about MPG then why did you buy a six cylinder. A CL is luxury not a race car

Just a hint: Read the white text under the red text before responding, you'll sound less stupid the next time you reply.

And for the record, if you're gonna call someone out on spelling errors, the phrase 'at least' is spelled with two words, not one. The least you could do is spell it right.

you don't have to highlight every post you see. you clearly see it when you click the "reply with quote" button.

Very nice! I thought about doing the exact same thing with my car before I decided on the double din.

I was only worried that the center would kill my staging, how did it work out for you?

It actually worked out pretty good. I am using the Alpine MRA-D550 5 channel digital surround amp and its awesome. Doesnt kill the staging at all. Even sends the signal from my Dell DJ to surround sound.
