Looks like you did a very nice job doing this. Clear your diffusers and it will set your car off

I think it is one of the btter gutter guard material grilles, but one think I have always been against is the lower grille vertical lines painted, they are so distracting. especially on a white car.

The only thing that sucks is that it may rust...and then all that work for nothing.

I used a wire mesh from a custom car shop. It was made from alum. so theres not a need to care about rust!

Funny you might say that! I considered the same thing when I got it painted. What do you think it would look like with the slats removed ( just the open grill?) I'm considering having it repainted after the lower slats are removed.

I tried doing this, but there was no decent way to hook the mesh up to the lower bumper. how'd you do it?

That honestly looks rich. I agree that's one of the best grille jobs I've seen I think it works with the white well, kinda " pimp "

First I removed the bumper cover and I got a handfull of eye bolts (very small) and drilled a small pilot hole and just screwed them in. Very simple install. Hardest part was removing the cover!

my thoughts on mesh are, if you feel like you HAVE to have it...paint it black.

I did the same thing on my lower grille...although yours looks alot better. I wanted to do my top grille aswell but couldn't get it to fit right. Your's looks great good job.

I ended up taking all mine off because the wind eventually started rubbing the mesh on my lower bumper and i didn't want it to scratch my bumper all up.

holy chicken wire. i like the stock look better than the all white lower grille area. i painted strictly just the horizontal line on the lower grille and the edges next to the road lamps.

to each their own i suppose. i'm not feelin' it at all.
