My CL pickup
So I already made a thread saying that I was buying MrSteve's car and I just picked it up this morning. I didn't realize he lived so close to D.C. so since I'd never been my dad and I went in and visited a few of the sights. Here are some pics for now, I'll have pics with the new rims on tomorrow or monday
Pajama pants for 10 hour drives ftw!
Dad wanted to pose with it haha
the only shot that my dad didn't tell me to get in. lol
me with some of the monuments.
sorry bout the poor quality, coming from my LG Dare I didn't think it was too bad though

MrSteve used to live right down the road from me when I lived in Broadlands, VA! We never got a chance to get together before I moved back to Florida though! Enjoy the CL bro....congrats

Keep it cool, calm and collected my friend.
The only time I would get weirded out is when I was in traffic on hills.
All of San Francisco is pretty much built on hills...so this was a Manual Transmission Nightmare.
Don't try to jump off the line...easily apply gas vs. clutch to ease away from a stop.
Without proper practice with the clutch's friction point you will be stalling all the time.
Don't want to do any transmission or clutch damage too...

You'll be fine...it is when you get nervous that stuff happens.

Ya I'm trying to drive pretty slow for now so that I can get the friction point right. One of my friends has a Celica GT and was trying to help me get my shifts smooth by working the clutch
Mine too!

Nothing special at the moment. I've had a Rodeo as a beater/dog hauler since the summer.
I also have an '08 Frontier work pays for that's my daily driver. I rarely drove the CL-S at all last year. I think the car had 103k miles on it when I put it up for sale in the Spring/Summer and when I sold it it had 109k.
Really don't know what I want to get in to next. Maybe a 911. Maybe a C5ZO6. Maybe get a sedan... S4? RS6? I browse what's for sale nearly every day but I can never decide on something. Probably won't get in something fun until this fall.
I'm in no rush. Totally up in the air.

Based on the title of this thread, I was totally hoping to see a CL-amino.
