Dont be afraid to enjoy the car. You can take it up to redline. I go to redline probably 15 times every 30 minutes of driving.

You can fit bigger than 235 tires in the wheel wells. Ronjon has 255 without rubbing i believe. I have 235 now but want to go up to 245 or 255 for my next set.

You dont need to roll yours. the offset is fine. 235mm tires will fill the full 7.5in width... It'll look good. I have another question. You seem to have dome mostly Comptech. Why didn't you doe their springs?

Great question. I chose not to do their springs because they only drop the car 1.5 inches. Also, the majority of them are defective which causes them to rust a lot of the time. Also, Comptech never made Struts to go with their springs, and I didn't want to be riding on stock shocks with a lower drop, so the Eibach springs and struts turned out to be the much better choice, plus they match

Comptech also made a strut bar for the CL-S, and I have thought about getting it but I have heard from every member on here that they didn't feel any improvements with it. One more product that Comptech made for the CLS is a front swaybar. I already have the rear one, and if I was to buy the front one, all it would do is stiffen up the front, which would give my car more understeer.

RJ is running the 255/35s on his 18x8 +48mm Legends. If they cleared the BBK Id have an identical setup.

Thats why you rub and I didnt. My HR's gave 1.3 drop. Im not a fan of race springs for the obvious issues you are having. That rubbing would make me turn my big curls str8....lol. Yeah I'd skip on fsb. That strut bar is nice. Just keep in mind CT had reasons for the perameters it on its parts for the CL. One issue u are learning now.. I can bet you that you aren't rubbing the fenders but the wheel well lining.

^Yup, it rubs, but only when I'm hauling ass on turns. It's such a light rub that it just sounds like your scratching a piece of wood. I will fix it once and for all though with the Eibach rear camber kit. I'm only planning on adding just enough so that it clears the wheel well lining.

Also, my Eibach drop didn't rub until I put the new wheels and tires on, because the stock wheels are 7's and the ones I have now are 7.5

It does have a hint more throatiness. But this is the 1st time i've ever heard anyone say the J-series motor with intake was too loud. I can get enough of hearing her x-over into vtec... Used to redline my CL-S6 any chance I could just to here those gloreous cams/valves do their work...lol. Cant wait to purchase the Takeda Intake for my TL.

Thanks. I didn't notice any difference in noise with it on.

Yes! It was so much easier to do it this way. Also, taking off and putting on the bumper is a piece of cake.

Yea, I agree the bumper is easy to take off, but its not required. If you turned the wheel all the way to the left and peeled back the splash shield you can access everything.

If I get 2 degrees of camber in the rear of my car, will it handle a lot worse?

Not really, but at -2* you will have premature tire wear. It may feel better in the corners but it also may feel as though its wandering when driving in a straight line.

Well if I do that, then re-align the front, it should be fine right?

Changing the camber on the rear wouldnt do anything to the front. But most alignment shops only do all 4 corners anyway.

Rear camber kit. $100 from ebay. Because I want to stop rubbing in the back of the car and I want a small stance.

I'm not religious lol. I won't say it anymore though . I am 100% sure it will fix the problem. I only need a half inch of camber to clear the rear tabs.

Number 1: Your an asshole

Number 2: I'm realistically only going to add a tiny un-noticable amount of camber. I'm only going to add just enough so that it clears this:

I'm not really going to have a stance
