They said they have alot of experience puting on and taking off headers on Accords, which is supposively just like mine. But does the O2 sensor need to be replaced? or remounted somewhere else or what? I'm trying to get in contact w/ Scalbert about helping me install them, but he's busy the next few weekends and has time during the week, but he hasnt replied to my last PM yet. So I'm waiting on him...

No need to replace the O2 sensor....it goes in the pre-made hole on the collection pipe (same as factory). this is actually a really easy install....everything just bolts on and off....just be sure to have a long breaker bar and lots of rust penetrating spray.
Tips -
Be careful not to touch the end of the O2 sensor..that will ruin it.
Use the stock gaskets, they are better than those that ship with most headers.
Good luck man...

I gotta add to this.
Depending on how long you had your stock headers on you'll need the rust penetrating spray or a grinder. My stock headers seemed like they were welded on.
My O2 Sensor went bad from (get this) using air tools while switching the headers. At least that's what they told me at the Acura dealer. They told me that they never use air tools on there 'cause the O2 Sensor was so sensitive. The shaking pretty much destroys them.

I was thinking of getting them installed @ a Shop, but I want Scalbert to do them cause he knows exactly what he's doing. But I hope therest isnt too bad, I have had my headers on for abt 30K miles...

there is a chance you might have to relocate the O2 sensor, i had to on my OBX. Or it might hit the oil pan and through up some check engine lights. I think $200 would be just right, but if they have to weld the bung to hold the O2m sensor, than it will be more. good luck.

I didn't notice until allmotor's thread. You will need to replace the O2 sensor. It is going to hit the oil pan. It needs to be relocted so that the bung is on the right hand side.
you can touch the O2 sensor, that is blown out of proportion. As long as your hands are not wet or greasy.
