wow! quite the transformation! Did they paint the engine bay too? The front lip came out really nice.....usually that lip has a bit of droopiness on the corners. I think some blacked out headlights and different grille would set it off. Well done!

Are you going to get some exhaust tips? or are they hiding?

I actually like it! The clear headlights go good with the white wheels and fog lights. That color blue will look good with any rims....

no paint under the hood but im fine with that, nothing to show off under there. the front lip used to have the sad look, i molded in a piece to get rid of that.

im going to keep the clear headlights, did that on purpose, as well as fogs, i think with certain colors it looks better than the black headlights and fog inserts.

Dude that looks AWESOME! Told ya, I'm not that far behind to following suite. I dropped the car off this past friday; it's going to be a monster once it's done - can't wait!

Exterior mods to follow shortly there after

wings west outlet on ebay, there is several websites with varying prices, wont take but 10 mins to find and compare them all. dont forget to add in shipping, some sites have low priced product but will rape you on shipping, others might have free shipping but high cost on lip. but the cheapest place i found was wings went ebay outlet store

you think so? ive been debating. i painted the chrome 'grille wings' satin black which was a huge upgrade. wasnt sure about the trim cus of the headlights and fogs. if they were black then id def paint the trim either black or match paint

yeah i was definitely hesitant. i saw a civic and sk2 online with laguna seca paint and wasnt overly impressed. but it does looks great in person, in certain lights the teal really pops out. i was next to a grabber "smurf" blue mustang and the laguna seca really made his car look so pale and dull looking.

CLtotheTL, ill be at next cars and coffee and planning on making it to IA

now that i look at it again it does look good because of the clear headlights and fogs.

That looks really good. Love the blue too. Just curious how you guys navigate speed bumps and steep slopes without scratching or damaging anything?

Going slow , having rock solid suspension , and going side ways and angled . I wouldn't consider him slammed either since hes on 19's. Cl's are super low on 18's .

yeah when i was on 18x9s with stretched 205/40s, with coilovers low as possible, now that could be tricky to daily drive, it sucked when you would scrape just on uneven pavement. one time my car literally got stuck at an atm drive thru that i had never been to before because of the way they poured the concrete, i couldnt back up cus a car was behind me, it did not sound good leaving . i still avoid speedbumps and drive careful but now for a different reason

thanks for all of the positive comments guys!

I know what you mean; I can practically drive without my main headlamps... although I've been pulled over once because of that lol

i converted to H7 bulbs. i cut the +/- wires and connected them to H7 bulb sockets i got from autozone. i used xenondepot xtreme kit. if your interested you can use coupon CL for 10% off. i did a fair amount of research on all major brands before going with xenondepot.
